One of the frequent questions I encounter is, “Should I opt for Liposuction 360 (Lipo 360) or a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)?” The answer largely depends on your individual goals, as both procedures cater to different aesthetic outcomes.
If you’re considering either, the good news is you’re likely a suitable candidate for both. At its core, a BBL is essentially a Lipo 360 procedure, but with an added step. After removing the fat using liposuction in a BBL, instead of discarding it, the harvested fat is then purified and injected into the buttocks to enhance its shape and volume and fill in your hip dips. In contrast, with Lipo 360, the fat is simply removed and not reused. All of the Lipo is still Ogee Lipo whether you choose Lipo 360 or a BBL.
So, what’s the actual difference between the two? Well, both Lipo 360 and BBL will provide you with a flatter stomach and a more contoured waist. However, only a BBL will additionally give you a fuller and more pronounced buttock and hip area and fill in the hip dips. The Ogee Lipo (360) creates the concave part of the Ogee line and the BBL creates the convex part of the Ogee line.
If you’re on the fence about which procedure to go with, ask yourself: “Am I looking merely for a sleeker, contoured figure, or do I also desire a more enhanced rear and fill in my hip dips?” Your answer will guide your choice.
